Our role is to be your caring listener — someone you can talk to without fear, without pressure, and without being told to “get over it.” We’ll listen, reflect, and gently explore solutions together. 🛑 We do not provide or replace clinical diagnosis, advice or medication. If you're in crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or local support service. ✅ We are here to be a caring listener — a safe, judgment-free companion to help you pause, reflect, and feel less alone. 💬 If you prefer sessions to be anonymous, please access via Telegram, so you can open up at your own pace, in your own way.
